PH Pallets has the ability to process thousands of heat-treated pallets to ISPM15 every week using our state-of-the-art onsite kilns, purpose-built for new or recycled pallets.

    Heat Treatment

     

    Wood must be heated so that the core reaches a minimum temperature of 56 degrees Celsius for at least 30 minutes.

     

    At this temperature all pests are removed from the materials it is done on wooden pallets according to specified standards.

    Costing

    The cost of heat treating wood packaging material depends upon the dimensions and volume of wood. However, in the case of large volumes (i.e. 300 pallets and above of standard dimension) the per pallet costs anywhere between Rs.45/- to Rs.55/-.
